Vizbot, Self-Balancing Robot Wheel

This new design Features a large smooth wheel made from two parts (hub & Rim). The wheel friction-fits on a standard D-Shaft NEMA17 stepper motor, Product benefits include easy printing, easy assembly, super smooth balancing and no need for o-rings due to a specially designed contact area for improved friction. The hub should be printed from strong material like HIPS or ABS. A PLA hub may be too brittle in some cases. The rim can be printed from HIPS, PETG, ABS or even flexible material.

Printing:
